Make and model, current location, destination, and your timeline. If there are known squawks or the aircraft has been sitting, say so — that shapes the plan more than anything else.

We scope the trip and quote it
Distance, aircraft performance, fuel stops, weather season and crew logistics all factor in. We'll also confirm the aircraft's airworthiness documentation and what your insurance requires of a ferry pilot, since policies differ on who may act as PIC.
